1. In April, China's corn inventory will continue to decline overall,
but the quantity of natural dry corn on the market in Northeast production areas will gradually increase,
and the quantity of imported corn and alternative raw materials will increase significantly year-on-year.

2. The total monthly corn consumption demand on the breeding and feed production demand side will increase with the gradual recovery of the breeding market.
Taking into account supply and demand, overall domestic corn supply will still be sufficient in April.

3. We predict that in April, the average daily transaction price of corn spot in producing areas will be stable and slightly rise or fall,
and the overall trend will be slightly stronger. The monthly average price will have a higher chance of stopping rising and turning slightly falling.
Looking further ahead, the futures market may speculate on drought factors in corn-producing areas and the continued decline in inventories.

4. The probability of an overall increase in corn prices in May and subsequent periods in the second half of April will gradually increase.
Looking at the whole year, the National Grain and Oil Information Center's forecast shows that China's total corn output will continue to grow year-on-year in 2021.
